Missing quad bike teenager found alive- airlifted to hospital
Area search dog team Leonie and Jemma Briggs attended the search in Brookton for the teenager on New Year's Eve. Around 80 SES volunteers including Leonie and Jemma searched bushland areas surrounding the last known location of the teenager who was separated from his father early on Sunday morning (December 30th). The boy was found late on Monday morning and had been missing for 28 hours in extreme temperatures in excess of 40 degree celcius.
